Then the ‘amen chorus’ the likes of daffy Gaffney and internment Malkin and Franny ’frago’ Townsend chime in with anti Muslim hatred that is beyond the pale. Their incessant warmongering coupled with sodomistic inhumanity is tedious.
Does not matter what the younger Tsarnaev is “alleged” to have done. The man has NOT been tried and convicted by a jury of his peers. If the younger Tsarnaev is not tried according to a Constitutionally guaranteed impartial trial by a jury of his peers, ANYTHING that follows is pure treasonous bullshit. End of goddamn story.
The older Tsarnaev is murdered by cops. PERIOD! The man is dead and the man was murdered.
You see, once upon a time in the “west”, any soul was innocent until PROVEN guilty. That’s what the Constitution of the United States of America is all about. However, “constitution” does not apply anymore and does not matter. We have the ‘expedient’ rules that govern our unjust world and no government on our Planet exercises injustice like the US of Uhmerika. Nope not a one.

The younger Tsarnaev is screwed and will NEVER be allowed the right of a proper defense. He’s been tried and convicted and all that’s left to do is waterboard the younger Tsarnaev or maybe the “flying interrogation team” will use a drill motor. He’ll confess by god to whatever his Inquisitors demand he confess to.
